Daxko Mobile + GroupEx PRO Display Capacity

As many of our customers begin reopening at reduced capacity, it’s more important than ever to limit the number of registrants who can sign up for classes.

Now, GroupEx PRO customers using Daxko Mobile for schedules have new ways to manage this:

  • display within the Daxko Mobile app which classes require reservation and what current capacity is, and
  • provide a GroupEx PRO reservation link

 

Updated Schedules View to Show Capacity

With this release we have updated the Schedules view in the app. Now, users can tap on a class listing to view the full class details about that offering.

Also, if there is a capacity defined in the GroupEx PRO class configuration, the schedule view will display the current capacity of that class.

 

View Class Details, Spots Available and Registration Link

While viewing class details, the app user will now see a new Spots Available section beneath the other details. This will show how many spots out of the total available are still open. Selecting the Register button will direct the user to GroupEx PRO’s online reservation process through the browser view of the app.

Hide GroupEx PRO Schedules in Daxko Mobile

In March, we introduced the ability for our Customer Service team to quickly toggle off schedules en masse so they would not display in the app. With today’s release, all Daxko Mobile portal users, including those using GroupEX PRO to display group exercise schedules, can control this themselves.

Hide Schedules for Members

To hide schedules for a branch, navigate to the system menu and select “Manage Branches”. From there, toggle to choose whether schedules are hidden or displayed in the mobile app for specific branches.

When members access the app with the schedules hidden, they will see a message that says, “No Classes Today.” However, your schedule data will remain in the admin portal. To display branch schedules again, simply toggle them back on for that branch.

Up until now, this feature was controlled by our Customer Service team per request. With today’s release, all Daxko Mobile portal users can control this themselves.

Hide Schedules for Members

To hide schedules for a branch, navigate to the “Schedules” tab. Use the toggle to display or hide all branch schedules for members.

Allow Admins to designate multiple branches for Standard Users in Daxko Mobile and more…

New Permission Assignments

We have heard from you, our Daxko Mobile partners, that you need more flexibility with the way you are able to assign staff to branches as standard users.

Previously, you either had to assign a standard user to one branch or all branches. This release gives Daxko Mobile Administrators the ability to assign users to multiple branches without having to assign them permission to all.

 

Other Items in this Release:

  • Adding Instagram as an option for Social Media
  • We fixed a defect that displayed the incorrect date on scheduled notifications, banners, and announcements.

August Updates to Daxko Mobile

This release contains one requested customer item and one update for those who will be switching from the Daxko Mobile Container app to the White Label app. This release will take effect on Thursday, August 15th.

Release Details

We have enhanced the search functionality in the Daxko Mobile app and also are helping ease the transition of customers to our new White Label App for Daxko Mobile.  The highlights of the new look and feel include:

  • When searching for your organization, members can now search by Branch and see what Association names are related to that branch.
  • If your organization is switching to the White Label app, we have reminder text that will populate in the Container app to help inform members.
