Virtual Areas Now Available!

This release includes feature expansion for virtual check-in areas, allowing an association to create rules for which memberships may access webpages containing content. This release will be available to all associations on Wednesday, June 10th. This release also includes several updates to existing functionality and reports.

For our previous virtual areas release, please reference our April 15th release.

Virtual Areas

The world is rapidly changing in this unexpected season, and many things seem uncertain as we move into the future. However, one thing that is certain is that  individuals are actively seeking web content (videos, articles, etc.) for health and wellness at home. While some content may be available to anyone visiting an association’s website, many of you want to craft custom experiences for specific web content. This release will combine the business rules that you choose for who should access content with the validation of a virtual check-in.

To learn more about this feature and how to get started, check out this week’s User Guide

Other Updates

We have included several enhancements to existing functionality with this release.

  • Child Watch – The Area selected for the adult dropping off the child will now automatically check the adult in as long as capacity has not been met for that area.
  • Area Capacity – Members will now be able to see branch capacity and area capacity in their online account. (Screenshot below)
  • Facility Usage Report – We have updated this page layout and design in preparations for updates to areas in our next release. This only includes design changes and no functional changes.

Daxko Mobile + GroupEx PRO Display Capacity

As many of our customers begin reopening at reduced capacity, it’s more important than ever to limit the number of registrants who can sign up for classes.

Now, GroupEx PRO customers using Daxko Mobile for schedules have new ways to manage this:

  • display within the Daxko Mobile app which classes require reservation and what current capacity is, and
  • provide a GroupEx PRO reservation link

Updated Schedules View to Show Capacity

With this release we have updated the Schedules view in the app. Now, users can tap on a class listing to view the full class details about that offering.

Also, if there is a capacity defined in the GroupEx PRO class configuration, the schedule view will display the current capacity of that class.

View Class Details, Spots Available and Registration Link

While viewing class details, the app user will now see a new Spots Available section beneath the other details. This will show how many spots out of the total available are still open. Selecting the Register button will direct the user to GroupEx PRO’s online reservation process through the browser view of the app.

Read the full details here. These enhancements for Daxko Mobile + GroupEx PRO customers are available Thursday, May 21, for app versions 11.6 or later. If you have questions, please contact support@daxko.com.

New Prospecting Features: Create Forms + More (Training Site Release)

As our customers begin reopening efforts and plan for welcoming their community back, we are excited to release new functionality and other updates to member prospecting in Daxko Operations! These features will be available Wednesday, May 20, on your Daxko Operations Training Site. We encourage you and your team to begin familiarizing yourself with these new features before the release to the Live Site in June.

This release includes the following:

  • New Prospect Forms for Websites and Lead Capture
  • Updated Add Prospect Experience
  • Enhanced Prospect Profile
  • New View Prospects Page
  • Read the User Guide for all the details

New! Creating and Managing Prospecting Forms

With this release, users have the ability to create simple forms to collect prospecting leads directly into Daxko Operations. This allows people to submit their own lead or interest form, saving valuable staff time.

Choose how you would like to use each form: either as an embeddable form or through a URL. If you are embedding the form, copy the script code and add to your website. If you are using the URL version of the form, copy the link and share. The URL can also be used to generate a QR code, allowing people to simply scan it with their phone to access a mobile-friendly version of the form.

Viewing a List of Prospects

Another new feature for Prospecting in Daxko Operations is the View Prospects Page. This is where users can see a list prospects who have been entered, whether manually through Add Prospects or through prospect forms. Select a prospect’s name to view his or her profile.

Viewing the Prospect Profile

We have revamped the Prospect Profile, making it look a little more like a Member Profile. The Prospect Profile displays any information you have about that person and provides a way to quickly update with any new information or add notes as your relationship with them deepens.

To read the full details of this release, check out this week’s Training Site User Guide.

We need your feedback regarding these enhancements to Prospecting prior to our release of this functionality in June to your Live Site. You may send your feedback to Charlie Peters, Associate Product Manager, to cpeters@daxko.com.

Program Group Rule Enhancements + Updates to Following Groups

Attention marketers and program directors! With this release, you can fine-tune program communications with new enhancements to the Program Group Rules. These enhancements allow segmentation by registration timeframe and by people who have registered and are still on the roster. Also included in this release: enhancements to the Recognition Flags and Zip Code Group Rules, plus the ability to follow multiple Groups.

Group Program Registrations By Time Frame

In addition to grouping by people who have registered for one or more programs, now you can group by registrations that occurred within a specific time frame. This allows for more timely and targeted communication based off of when a registration occurred.

Group Program Registrants By Those Not Cancelled

We have heard from marketers and other program staff that occasionally they need to send communications that exclude people who have cancelled their registrations for whatever reason. Now there’s an option that allows you to include only those registrants who are still on the roster.

Note:the above Program Registration enhancements will be coming soon for childcare and camp registrations in a future release.

Other Enhancements Included in this Release

  • View More Program Sessions
  • Exclude by Zip Code
  • Filter Recognition Flags By “And” or “Or”
  • Follow Multiple Groups

Read all the details about this release in the User Guide. The above features will be available on Friday, May 15. If you have questions, please reach out to support@daxko.com.

Branch and Area Capacity Enhancements

This release includes enhancements to our new branch and area capacity tools. This release will be available to all associations on Wednesday, May 13th.

For managing branch capacity, please reference our April 29th release.

For managing area capacity, please reference our May 6th release.

Branch and Area Capacity

In order to provide excellent tools to manage capacity when associations reopen, we have added the following:

  • Branch Capacity for Members Online
  • Rapid Check Out Mode
  • Branch Capacity tracking on Area Check Ins
  • Quick Search by Name for Area Check In
  • Child Watch Capacity Enforcement

To learn more about this feature and how to get started, check out this week’s User Guide. There are two small changes to the user experience for commonly used reports that users may want to review.

Convert Membership Payments to Donations

Last week we released the ability to convert membership payments to donations en masse for several early adopters. This includes important updates to the Converted Donations Summary report. This release will be available to all associations on Wednesday, May 13th.

To learn more about this feature and how to get started, check out the User Guide.

Coming Soon! Updated Signatures for Membership Agreements

We know many of you are reopening with updated membership agreements in place, which require memberships to sign and acknowledge. Our team has developed a new feature that will allow associations to use a new report to merge with each association’s preferred email tool to send a unique link to each membership.

This link will allow the membership to sign without requiring a login. Additionally, we will prevent memberships who have not yet agreed from checking in until a signature is obtained.

This feature is undergoing our thorough testing process now, and we hope to release it as soon as next week.
