Over the past several weeks, we have shared how Daxko Operations will soon offer more inclusive gender identity options for members. With this release, associations can access the new Gender Identity features in Training Site beginning Tuesday, November 9. We have released to the Training Site first in order to give each association enough time to provide staff training. In early December, we will be releasing this to the Live site. Cart Reminder Emails

In early December, we will be releasing automated Cart Reminder emails for abandoned online program registrations, which will send to online shoppers 24 hours after they leave a cart abandoned. We already have several early adopters using Cart Reminders, and in just a few weeks they have seen thousands of dollars of revenue come in from abandoned program registration carts that were resumed and completed.
