Daxko Operations: Exciting Fundraising Updates! Plus, New Online Membership Settings

We have a very exciting new fundraising feature to announce with this release. We’re introducing a delete pledge feature to give users a better way to handle pledges entered in error or pledges that otherwise needed to be removed. Say goodbye to the “correction campaigns”! In addition, this release also includes a few other enhancements to the online fundraising experience.

Finally, we’re also updating online membership settings to allow for greater customization when adding or editing members online. Read more below for how your team can take advantage of these new capabilities for members managing their account online.


Fundraising Enhancements

Delete Pledges Made in Error

Users of the Daxko Operations fundraising module will know that historically we have not provided a smooth way to handle pledges entered in error or pledges that otherwise needed to be removed from a donor record. With this release, we’re introducing a delete pledge feature! Learn more in the full user guide here.

Other Fundraising Enhancements

  • Collect Donor Addresses Online: Collecting accurate donor information helps your team steward and engage donors into the future. With this release we have added a new campaign level setting to require donor address online.
  • Display Campaign Descriptions Online: Help grow your online giving by sharing your campaigns mission by adding campaign descriptions online. This release allows users to create and display a campaign description for all or some of their online campaigns. Learn more here.
  • Donation Summary Updates: The donor history page was recently updated as a part of the new Daxko DNA. With these changes we consolidated and removed some tabs from the donor history. In this release, we have added a new donation summary dashboard to give staff a complete view of the donors past giving history.

Updates to Online Membership Settings

We’re always looking to enhance the online member experience to ensure that Daxko Operations provides a flexible and accommodating set of features. Associations who allow members to manage aspects of their membership through their online account now have new options for adding and managing additional members.

Thanks to feedback from associations, we have separated the Manage Additional Members setting into two distinct settings: Add Additional Members and Edit Additional Members.
