Daxko Operations: Child Profile Available in Live Sites!

With the March 26 Daxko Operations release, we are excited to introduce new Child Profile functionality to all organizations in their Live sites! For the past year, several organizations have been using the Child Profile to streamline childcare and camp registrations. Review all the new functionality below.


Child Profile Available in Live Sites

Are you ready to streamline registration for childcare and camp programs? Here are a few key benefits of using the Child Profile:

  • The Child Profile was created to empower registrants to answer questions on their own time before registration opens, reducing registration time significantly. Some associations have been able to reduce childcare program questionnaires by up to 70%!
  • It also reduces the staff grievance of building long questionnaires that often ask the same questions repeatedly for multiple program registrations.
  • The Child Profile allows registrants to edit responses at any time and gives staff users the tools to review these updates

Ready to start using the Child Profile? The first step is making sure the right staff members have the Manage Child Profile settings Child Care role permission:
