No-Send Schedules for Initiatives
Setting up automated initiatives can be a huge efficiency gain for associations using Daxko Engage, as well as a great way to ensure that members receive engagement touchpoints at appropriate times. However, we also understand that there are occasionally holidays and other special events when associations do not want emails or text messages to send to members or the community.
Because of this need, we are excited to release No-Send Schedules, periods during which communication from initiatives is paused for a short time and deferred until later. Check out this User Guide to learn more.
No-Send Schedules will be available for all associations using Daxko Engage on Tuesday, May 31. Please contact support@daxko.com if you have any questions.
Other great updates in this release include:
- Users can now send test emails from “Define Workflow” step to another email address.
- Engage Administrators and Marketing Managers can now copy a group.
- In Step 4 (Review) of creating an Initiative, users can now see which user or team a task is assigned to in that workflow.
- Membership ID has been added to Group Exports.
- Custom Merge Fields are available with multiple imported group.
